Buck - The Belgian

The death of Buck “The Belgian”, who was our pal and business partner for over ten years and my age closed one door but has opened another door in our life. Buck was the “star” in our team of Belgians. Buck performed for HGTV, DIY Network, ABC's wide world of sports, and won best equestrian in parades and so much more. Buck had his own fan club. He was the (really big) blond Belgian with a white star on his face, four white socks, and a long flowing platinum mane and full length tail. Stepping high, head up, mane flowing, Buck stood out and was recognized all over East Tennessee.

First Capitol Carriages 1996-2006

We operated for ten years with the last eight exclusively from bookings created by our WEB site. The WEB site reduced street time for our horses. We never parked on the street. Our wedding and romantic carriage rides created lasting friendships. We will miss the adventure each provided.
